Monthly Update
The Annual meeting has come and gone. The good news is there will NOT be an increase in dues. Dues will remain at the current rate of $210.00/per month. There are copies of the minutes from the meeting available at the clubhouse. Feel free to stop by and get a copy. We appreciate those who were in attendance and who provide great input.
Winter hours are now in effect. The clubhouse is open from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm daily. These hours are effective thru March. Please be aware that the clubhouse will be closed on Thursday, November 26, 2009 for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We hope you all have a great Holiday!
Please make the clubhouse aware of anything that needs attention, or any issues that may arise. We try to keep up with everything, but can use any extra help we can get. Often times, you as homeowners can spot things that we may not see.
We hope that everyone has a safe and enjoyable Holiday!

October 2009 Newsletter

October 2009 Newsletter

We are looking forward to our upcoming Annual General Homeowners Meeting. It will be held on October 17th, 2009 @ The Holiday Inn. There will be a light breakfast served beginning at 8:30 am and then the meeting will begin at 9:00 am. We look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible.

Along with the meeting comes the election of new members for our Board of Trustees. Enclosed with this newsletter is a ballot. All of the candidate information can be found of the back of this newsletter. Please complete your ballot and return in the envelope provided.

We wanted to update and remind everyone about the rules for updating your unit. Any repairs or updates to your unit that affect the outside of your unit (i.e. A/C units, windows, etc.) need to be approved by the Board of Trustees. This helps to keep up the appearance of our complex. If anyone is going to be updating or repainting their deck railings, please contact the Clubhouse. The HOA will provide the paint for you; just make sure you give them a little heads up.

The Huntsman Senior games will be using our racquetball courts. This will take place on October 7 thru October 10, 2009. They will only be using them for portions of each of these days, so if you are interested in playing racquetball during this time, contact the clubhouse for available times.

Please remember that Automatic withdrawal is available for the monthly HOA fees. If you have not signed up and would like to, contact the clubhouse and we will get the necessary information to you.

We look forward to seeing you at the Meeting and hope each of you have a great fall season!

August 2009 Newsletter

It is that time of year again-We need people willing to serve for the Board of Directors. If anyone is interested or willing to serve on the board of directors, please contact the clubhouse for an application. (435)628-3981.

The Annual meeting is quickly approaching and we would like everyone to save the date on their calendar. The Annual meeting will be held on October 17th, 2009 @ the Holiday Inn. The meeting will begin at 9:00 am. We hope to see everyone there.

A quick note about the new automatic withdrawal. We are very excitied to begin this process. If you haven't signed up, please contact the clubhouse and we can get you the necessary information that you will need. There was a little confusion on when this would actually start. The first withdrawal should have been taken out on August 5th, 2009. Let me know if there is any problems.

We have had a great summer and hope each of you have been able to enjoy the great weather. We look forward to seeing many of you in October at the meeting! Have a great month of August!!!

July 2009 Newsletter

July 2009 Newsletter

The weather has been rather weird this year. But the temperatures are finally hitting the 100's now. So although it is quite warm, there is still plenty to do to enjoy Sports Village.

The pools have been a favorite spot for all. We are excitied to see so many people using the amenities. With all the usage comes the worry for the crypto diease. We want to remind everyone of the rules for the swimming pools. (Please pass these on to your guests and renters)
They are as follows:
1. Everyone MUST shower before entering the pool.
2. Any child not potty trained or who is under 3 years of age are not allowed in the main swimming pool. There is a kiddie pool for them to enjoy.
3. Any child not potty trained or who is under 3 years of age must be wearing a swim diaper as well as a plasic cover.
4. Anyone under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all time.

We have had a few question on the age limits for the jacuzzi. They are as follows:
1. Anyone under the age of 5 is not allowed in the jacuzzi at any time.
2. Anyone under the age of 14, down to 5 years of age, must be accompanied by adult (18 years or older) at all time.

We appreciate everyones coopertation in following the rules.

One quick note for everyone. We have had many of you sign up for the automatic withdrawl. We are very excitied to get this started. However, all requests that were turned in were received after the 10th of June. This means that July's dues will NOT be taken out with the automatic withdrawl. The first automatic withdrawl will be deducted from your account on August 5, 2009 for August dues. If you have any questions feel free to contact the clubhouse.

Thanks for all that each of you do as homeowners. We look forward to seeing you soon!
