Monthly Update
Wow! The weather has finally reached the 100’s. It is swimming weather for sure! We hope that as the summer approaches you can all take a little time to come and relax and take sometime for yourself.
The Board of Trustees held a meeting last month. They are going over many ideas that can help improve Sports Village. A few of them are:
· Automatic withdrawal: We have many homeowners asking for automatic withdrawal for the monthly dues. We are excited to say that it is in the works. We will be sending out some paperwork in the next month. Hopefully this will be a help to some of you.
· Charges of Lost Access cards: Due to the excessive amount of lost and stolen access cards the charge will be increased to $50.00. Please make your property management companies aware of this as well.
· The date has been set of the Annual Meeting. It is October 17, 2009. Please mark your calendar.
We just want to put a quick bug in your ear about running for the Board of Trustees. We will be sending out applications around July. We need people are a willing to serve and help keep Sports Village a first class place.

· Any account carrying a past due balance will be denied access to the amenities
· Please clean-up after your pets to avoid a $100 fine
· Be respectful to your neighbors, especially after 10 PM
· We welcome any comments or suggestions. We love all the help we can get.
· All HOA fees are due by the 15th of each month. Any dues paid after the 15th are subject to a $25.00 late fee
· Please post the rules and regulations in your unit.
